So, like, it's been over a year since I last posted a journal. I guess I just haven't had much to say. Been drawing off and on here and there, but school and work have been taking most precedence. I graduate in May though, so that's cool. Over the summer between searching for jobs and apartments, I'll probably do some drawing here and there.
Most of what I've been working on lately has been writing, above all else. I write for my job, and I've been writing in my spare time too, though I don't have much to show for it yet. I've been doing some writing for the group Silver and Bone, which I mentioned last time posted that I'd entered Zeke into as a character. I've been having a blast using him as my role play character and it's been an interesting way to work with the poor fellow in some new ways, namely by getting to interact with other writers.
I've also been experimenting with some script writing, not so much for plays or movies, but for comics. I'm not really sure of the formatting yet so I'm mostly dabbling, but the aim is to script out a few short comics that I plan on working on after graduation. I'm not promising anything grandiose, but I hope to be working on something short for Silver and Bone, and an extended fan comic involving those Skyrim characters I've been submitting to my gallery lately. Also, there's a possibility for a Fallout fan comic that a friend and I have been bandying about, though we're thinking of evolving that into more of an original story. We'll see.
For now, I'm just focusing on graduating. Art and writing will get more frequent (maybe) in the summer, though I seem to say that every year...
Afterthought: Does anyone out there sew or work with fabric? I've got a shirt and a couple pairs of jeans that have worn out beyond repair, but there's enough undamaged fabric that I feel like throwing them away would be a waste. I'm looking for ideas that I might be able to put the old things to use for. What do you all think?

Blowing the dust off
*blows the dust off* So, anyone still alive in here? It's been a hot minute. I want to start trying to be more active on here again. I miss having a gallery site where I can keep my work together in one place. I've been using Twitter for that, but recent changes have made it increasingly impossible to be an artist of any kind there, and I don't expect it to get better, so the time has come to go back to my roots, so to speak. I feel like broadcasting to empty airwaves here, as I have no idea how active any of my old community is on here anymore, but hey, it's worth a shot. For anyone still watching, expect to see mostly photography here. I don't draw as often as I used to, though it still happens from time to time. I've also been getting into 3D modeling, so there may be a bit of that floating in here too. Hopefully, this is the start of a new chapter here.
In a really tight spot
So, I recently quit one of my three jobs after another of those three promised me 30 hours a week. I got about a month into this arrangement, when this job cut my hours in half and hired two new employees. I'm now falling massively short of rent for the next two months. My family has spotted me for my bills due on October 1st, but I will need to find the money for November on my own. As such, I'm opening commissions to try and raise money while I look for a new job.
In addition to the prices listed below, I do bust commissions for $10 a piece.
Emergency Commissions AGAIN
So, it looks like I'm going to be falling behind my monthly expenses significantly this months due to business drying up at the restaurant I work at. I'm opening emergency commissions to help close the gap. I'm not putting up slots or anything, I'm just taking as much work as I can right now.
I'm not accepting points, and would prefer payment through PayPal. For more information, send me a note on deviantART, or e-mail me at schleebells@gmail.com.
Opening Emergency Commissions
UPDATE: I am also offering busts for $10!
Hey all! Long time no post! It was high time i got that last journal out of here and updated my situation.
The situation is as follows: I'm flat broke.
I'm opening up an assortment of commissions to make ends meet. Check out my prices below!
At this point, I'm not putting up slots, I'm just taking as many as possible and when I feel like I can't do more, I'll close them off. So the opportunity is now, folks!
I'm only taking money payments (via PayPal) at this point, though I'm open to doing points commissions in the future (i.e. when I'm sure I'm not getting evicted). I'm open to both G an
